Dropped our adult son off to fish here in recommendation. Safe area, bathroom and picnic areas. Beach. He felt it was a good place to spend the day fishing.

It was ok not as nice as I expected. My reasoning for saying this is because the water though it was clear had a lot of debris in it making it dirty looking and a large dead fish was floating on top.

Just driving thru and wanted to get out to stretch legs and see water. They wanted $15 yo enter. Crazy that you’re driving with water in both sides and can’t just go to a park to see water for free. F
