I took a class with D'Andre and it's a game changer.... From A-Z this place and the staff are excellent no matter what your fitness level. I have gotten fit just from coming in 3x a week!

Absolutely love this yoga studio! Been going to the Long Beach location for about a year and taken a variety of classes. Studio is clean, everyone is friendly and the teachers are awesome! Shout out t
