I took my Crosstrek in to Subaru of Missoula for a routine service and unfortunately the transmission fluid was overfilled by 1-2 quarts during the visit. This caused my transmission to start slipping

The service dept is beyond horrible. When trying to fix the situation, service manager would never return ANY calls.
