The appealing menu is supplemented by some blackboard specials, such as delicious pork and rabbit rillettes. The cooking is pleasingly understated, allowing the ingredients room to shine, while the chef-owner’s Irish heritage is evident in the excellent Guinness bread and subsequent Guinness bread ice cream, which has become something of a signature.
