I visited the Cartersville location. This is the worst location I have ever been too. The management is not good. It takes forever for someone to seat you even though there are hardly ever any custome

staff had no personality. Some of the food was cold, or Luke warm. None of the food there is ever hot, been there multiple times a month. For as slow as they are at night you can hardly get service or

customer service needs to be improved and the cooks. This is my second time coming to this ihop and something is always wrong or missing from my food.
