Quest on New London Turnpike is excellent. Clean, efficient, welcoming and friendly. Carmon especially, is truly a blessing...and very good at her job.

Quest on Western Blvd is great! The phlebotomist is kind, efficient, and professional. When I went, with an appointment, there was no wait. Chalk it all up to my best Quest experience.

Extremely difficult to find phone # to make an appointment, and robot difficult to deal with. WHY NO SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS? Weekday appointment hours 7 am to 4 pm do not accommodate most peoples' work
