Bought a PS2 from them online & it came in what appeared to be in great shape. Initially, I only had a few games to test it with, but after I bought dozens of other games, I discovered so many problem

The staff is not so friendly, it seems like they do not want to be at work. They have amazing products though and super prices. Just the customer service is no where to be found. Went to two locations

So staff are very helpful. They have a very good range of games and other items. The prices could be better but a lot of the games are reasonably priced as well as the game systems.
