Girl with glasses got a bad attitude and can’t make an extra hot Cappucino. Second visit and second snotty remark when my four pound drink was rushed and made with no care.

This Costa Coffee is a small retail park in Fulwood, clean and quiet, at the time of my visit, which was about 11.30 staff were very friendly it's OK

Had problems in the past with coffees not being made hot enough . Yesterday went though drivethru and ordered x 2 sml lattes and using our own sml flasks. Got order then drove home to unpack car ful..
