Rating of 3 stars for Chula Vista/Eastlake store. Doesn't seem to take great pride to arranging flowers to look presentable!! I would rather go to El Cajon if there was time!!

I ordered in line and there was to be no delivery fee then come to find out they charged me 18.99. They delivered at 8pm, keep in mind I places the order 2 days in advance for a birthday. The arrangem

So glad I went inside Allen's flowers. We were assisted by the lovely Selena ( not sure if that's the way it is spelled, sorry if I butchered it). Very knowledgeable and friendly. She cut the bouquet
