The intake nurse was rude and unprofessional. Overall after this incident everything went smooth but the management needs to get rid of the African female intake nurse!!!!!

The service is great here. They are fast and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this urgent care. In contrary, I don't recommend Concentra in Brentwood. Services there is very slow.
