This is one of a large number of fairly traditional hotels in walking distance of Victoria station, it's not worse or better than the others, I would sayIt's just a bit lacking in anything personal. T

Location and staffIt was not clean, bathroom a mess and uncomfortable.

Staff was superb. Polite and helpfulDirty room. No room service even tho I was asked if I wanted new sheets and towels on day 2
