CuraWest serves as the Denver Area’s leading substance use disorder detoxification center and residential treatment center. Clients undergo a safe and comfortable drug and/or alcohol withdrawal in the detoxification program of our program, and are then given the opportunity to transition into our residential program where they will stay for between 7 and 21 days.
