The phoenix milk tea is top tier and tastes very similar to the ones I can get in my top 2 favorite places in Southern California. Would come back just for this. Located next to Fullerton college camp

Great coffee! I love their hazelnut latte! Peter is awesome always greets me and is very nice! The ambience is nice and well kept.

Very clean environment, friendly staff. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for good coffee!
