Waited 3 MONTHS for my appointment and they waited until the day of my appointment to inform me that there was an issue with my referral. Completely unprofessional!

Doctor Falco and his staff were personable, comforting, and recommended that one of the procedures did not need to be done. I was grateful for his feedback. He and his staff were recommended by Kaiser

Everyone took great care of me. Very nice facility and very clean. I had some work on repairing my lip. Looks good so far. I guess time will tell.. just wanted say thank you.
