I was here last week, there was one person in front of me in the waiting room. The check in process has ZERO privacy, the receptionists is behind a huge glass encasement with a tiny mail slot opening

No privacy during check in. They need to fix. But besides that out standing! What a great ..great staff. The kindness is striking and so unusual for this area of healthcare -Well done!!
