Ohio Valley Mall is an enclosed shopping mall in Richland Township, Ohio. It was opened in 1978 and was developed by the Youngstown, Ohio-based Cafaro Company, who still own and operate it. The mall is anchored by Boscov's, Macy's, Pat Catan's and Sears.
