Fins is a shining star among the many duds on Issaquah’s main Front Street drag. It’s a lovely spot to grab a nice seafood meal featuring things like paprika-buttered prawns on garlicky toast, crab bisque that looks like heavy cream but tastes like summer on the coast, and miso black cod that could compete with Seattle’s best Japanese institutions. Just make sure to end things with the pineapple crème brûlée.
