We visited Van Mieu and tried to find a restaurant nearby. KOTO restaurant was the one close to Van Mieu and with a good review. It didn't fail us. The decoration was bright and service was good. Foo.

Delicious food and quick service. The staff was very attentive and made sure we didn’t have to wait between courses. It’s good to see things like this happening in Hanoi.

Dúa was a perfect server and was very friendly! The salad she recommended was great too!
