The Candied Rib Company is a Locally Owned Take-Out restaurant located in the heart of Mount Juliet, TN. Craig and Lisa Dudinetz started in 2017 catering and delivering boxed lunches to businesses in Mount Juliet. We try to locally source as much as we can from Local Farms and Small Businesses in the area, have evolved from Great Barbecue With a Twist, to Anything BUT Traditional meals, Healthy Foods, Nitrat Free Smoked Meats, and a Mostly Gluten-Free Menu with Vegetarian options as well.
