Customer service is poor .I called regarding mobile banking and told every thing like ssn ,mail address but they asked some security question I told correct answers but they are not in their system..

I have a mortgage and a HELOC with Fremont Bank. When they wanted my business, great customer service. After they had my business, terrible customer service. I would look elsewhere for banking service
