Empire Therapy is located in the COR building on the lower South Hill of Spokane, WA.  Our primary goal is to offer individualized, specialized care to members of our local community. Through the use of the Empire Method, we aim to help each person reduce limitations and increase their functional capacity. We believe that each individual has unique needs, and our approach to care is tailored to meet those needs, fostering healing and improving quality of life
