They charge you when you cancel... also they ignore your messages and emails. Unprofessional

New to Medicare so I call about everything before I commit. Aetna said I'm covered. Northlight Counseling Associates said they take Aetna insurance. Went for an intake. Received a bill for $500+. Aetn

Horrible counseling. Haven't been a patient for over 4 years because the care was so abysmal and yet I continue to receive the same bill in the mail for a chunk of change that I do not believe that I
