I could not get an appointment. I was told I would get a call back to accommodate my needs. No one called back and it was an emergency.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this doctor's office. I left feeling unvalidated, and the staff appeared disorganized. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful on multiple occasions.

I was trying to call to OCLI office in Garden City. 20 minutes on hold, and still nobody picks up the call. Did anybody actually get an office rep on the line there when calling?
