Told by 2 different employees they would send someone to unlock tools. Only had one of the two listed on the website as in stock to begin with. Waited. Waited some more. Then told the person to unlock

The Home Depot, this is ridiculous! Hire more people or make your employees actually do their jobs instead of dragging their feet. I had to stand around for 40 damn minutes just to get a tool unlocked
