Rori’s is an orange-colored ice cream shop from the Central Coast where each scoop is so crammed with chunky mix-ins, it's practically a miniature sundae. The peanut butter ice cream is filled with crushed-up Reese’s, and the milk and cookies are studded with big shards of cookie. Even the simple options like pistachio black pepper and "serious" dark chocolate pack in a lot of flavor, though. The texture of the ice cream is stretchy and smooth, but it melts fast, so eat it with urgency if you don't want drips down your arm. We also appreciate that they offer an itty-bitty cup size (about as big as a golf ball) for when you just want a tiny taste.
