I had a cataract surgery preformed by Dr. Tozer. Everything went smoothly, staff was helpful and kind. I can't say more. I highly recommend Tozer Eye surgery to anyone.

Tozer is an incredible doctor however the woman at the front could not be worse. She is disrespectful and constantly is rude every time I stop in. If you don't want patients then just say that.
