Amy and Hurma were so helpful! Took me as a walk in, helped me open accounts and provided me with all the info I needed efficiently:)

Not sure the reason behind the criticism of the staff. All of the folks I spoke to were very helpful. Would be nice if there was a location in south Boston but this location is hardly 3/5 stars.
