It's crazy that a store like Big 5 doesn't provide a restroom for their customers, instead they send them across the street to a 7 Eleven.

Young man named Trae very helpful and knowledable about shoes and sizing and brands. They had the exact boot I was after several other stores showed them in stock but didn't carry them (cabellas,etc).

Just went to Big 5 for black Friday. What great customer service. All the employees were absolutely amazing. Thank you to all of you.
