Great setting in North Captiva. The menu is good but on the expensive side (understandable, for its location). Our grouper Reubens were $29 (ouch) but were quite good and large. Beers were $8 (ouch).

The good ol days of Barnacle Phils are long gone. Now its just a money pit with horrible service. Might want to start locals specials.
