Called on January 2nd, 2026 to try and schedule a service appointment. Never spoke with a person, it was all automated. It is now January 7th and never did receive a phone call.

Lindsey was extremely rude and indifferent, showing no genuine interest in assisting us. She advised us to return the item to the original person who worked on it, which is not a good service advisor
