Food wasn't ready by pickup time, yet somehow was still cold when I got it. Very little steak. They forgot the fajitas. Same order would have been better if I'd have just ordered it from the line. Ver

One thing that you guys could improve is maybe just get an entirely new crew that actually cares about working there and serving people properly

Derek needs to be fired, he has no sense of urgency at all. Get him off the line. Not good customer service! Every time I come here he's here and it just makes me mad that he's so slow.
