BEWARE!! 1 star because 0 is not available!! After I paid $5,500.00 for a whole house water softening and RO drinking water system it took 77 days for these people to get the equipment in and install.

When we purchased our water softener it worked for ONE week, then we started having problems with it. Every time a technician came out to check it, it was ONE problem after another. We were told that

This company a joke Kinetico should drop them. They will install your softener after that you are on your own they offer no service. If you live in Lubbock go with someone else these people are clowns
