They have an efficient process to check you in and get you your passport. You will be there until 2:30 p.m. at least though. They do not hand you your passport until 2 p.m.

Made an online appointment for an urgent renewal and was able to pick my passport the next day. Everyone I encountered was kind and helpful, thank y'all!
