what kind of pharmacy doesn't have any needles or syringes? why bother even having a pharmacy at that point if you're not gonna carry the basics?

Great little, old-school pharmacy that we need more of. I don't mind buying dog biscuits and birthday cards at a pharmacy, but is this something we need? This is where I go.
