been trying to get a referral for an ophthalmologist for the last 2 weeks. They don't speak English and in Spanish they can't seem to comprehend.

I was seen on 12/2/25 in regard to my right knee and they stated it would take 42 to 78hrs for the referral. As of 12/08/25 still no referral has been submitted. All I am getting is nothing but a runa
