Location & staffBeds in hostel need to be replaced, ALL linens should be washed I noticed the comforters are not washed just folded and placed on beds for new guest & that’s not sanitary!

How can I smell someone smoking from one room into mine but I have a note in my room saying no smoking and I’ll be charged extra. House keeping doesn’t clean unless you beg.
