SĒR is located on the 27th floor of the Hilton Anatole, so you’re here for the views as much as the food. Show up early, and you can ogle the Downtown skyline while sipping $10 margaritas and whiskey drinks during weeknight happy hour. Now fortified with liquor, you’ll need some steak. The most notable of the bunch is the Rolls Royce, a massive tomahawk that’s topped with jumbo lump crab and a bernaise “hat” that’s torched tableside and melts onto the hot, charred steak.
