Service was less than stellar. Waited about 1/2 hour after we were seated for someone to take our order. Then waited another ~1/2 hour for most of the food to arrive. Then another 10 minutes for toast

server was rude. the booth was nasty and there was still a butterknife on the SEAT. when paying we saw a cook in the back licking a plate.
