Came back a year later and is still delicious. Broth is tasty and not too salty. Noodles are yummy and portions are good. We ordered ramen, spicy cucumber, and pork potstickers.

Shocked how much I loved this gem. On a road trip from AZ to TX and this was a highlight.

Steamed beef bao and beef noodle soup were great! Being able to watch food be prepared is a nice bonus!
