Rehab unit excellent but outdated equipment. Nurse staff is short, CNA is hit and miss. Food is often cold and lacking flavor. Sinks are not wheelchair compliant.Rooms are difficult to move around in.

Rita Adams, the new Executive Director, has really been improving services here! She has been giving attention to the issues with personnel & making a difference!

Do not allow you family menbers to be cared for by these people... The staff is very disrespectful to the patient and don't have any empathy for the seniors that are there. This place is God aweful an
