Leased a 2024 Jeep Wrangler Hybrid. I have had nothing but issues. Service department takes days to look at vehicle! No loaners available for MONTHS OUT! Atrocious customer service - NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Worst catch phrase, worst ppl even worse service dept. visited back during the snow storm for an oil change and will never go back. You can't even get a simple oil change with out getting harassed. Yo

The entire dealership and service department. They will harass you nonstop to buy a car from them and sell you on their service department but try and get your car service? Good luck. My Grand Cheroke
