Trenice and Fredrick did an awesome job. My room was messed up and they went above and beyond to make sure it was right and put me in another room and made sure I was truly satisfied.
Frederick Bessie Janelle Grace Beverly and The doormen Billy Mary and the restaurant men are true jewels. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations, too.
I asked to taste a sample of a Chardonnay that I wasn’t familiar with. The manager said “no”, so the waitress brought it out , I tasted it and didn’t like it. I sent it back and was charged for it. A
