Just another insurance broker that is a pain to deal with... terrible communication... when Safeco jacked up their rates one month into my polity, the Baldwin Group was just TERRIBLE at communication

If i could give 0 stars i would. Do not use this insurance agency! It impossible to speak with anyone directly, you are either brushed off to multiple departments, or sent to someone you want to talk
