This is a pretty good IHOP location. I wish I could give the 3.5 stars. There was not enough staff, the team that was there was working extremely hard. Customers were just randomly waiting in the lobb

I was sat down at a table by the bathroom and it had some flies. Politely asked to move and was sat down at a table with dirty dishes. Promptly left

Food is good but waitress does not check on you. Walks past your empty glass multiple times, knows i asked for endless pancakes but leaves you with an empty plate. I ask for attention and got the rece
