Absolutely the worst experience ever at this Bank of America branch! The manager is not only incompetent but also has a terrible attitude, as if she's on a fashion show instead of helping customers. I

Management would not even consider helping me until I came back with a police officer and my lawyer. Awful

Very busy location but the staff is friendly and efficient. Everyone smiles and doesn't seem to get frustrated with all the traffic. Jose Mendez is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
