I'd give this a 4.5 if I could for consistency. The pho (on a good day) is the best in the area by far. Sometimes it's watery and not as aromatic as others. Sometimes they also send two miniature pcs

Best and coziest spot for pho. So thankful for this place, we always order it when it's cold or when we're sick. The staff is super friendly too.
