Yes it's good but not necessarily better than like Heytea for example. I wouldn't wait more than 10-15 for it.

The staff are super friendly! Weekends are overwhelming but I came today, on a weekday, the line wasn't bad at all. Waited 10mins to get my drinks and the magnet. Drinks are tasty!

One of the best Jasmine tea in town. Love all their merchants, especially the MTBI magnet that I recently got.
