Poor room cleanliness

We did not go to breakfast we went outThe bed was to hard i was hurting when I work up could hardly move I'll have to make sure the bed is not so hard next time we stayed at quality inn and suites

Staff was great, Booking .com screwed up our reservation and it was listed as canceled. The staff took care of us.
