Customer service here is a joke. No one manning counter. Just wait for someone to show up. I have been to Sam's Clubs all over the country. This is the worse.

The curbside pickup is easy and efficient. I have only had one issue and they were quick to offer a gift card for the inconvenience. I love a place that takes care of the customer and this store alway
