Chipotle has steady gone downhill. Over several months my orders have always been cold. Not just lukewarm but Cold! The pinto beans are almost nonexistent swimming in soup! And the cost keeps going up

Service has really improved! Thank you! Glad to see improved responsiveness to people waiting for their online orders. It prevents a crowd forming and our food from becoming cold.

Spent money here and wish I hadn't. Individual working loudly rude to other workers and customers. Rushed through my meal just so I could leave.
